Section titled “How decisions get made”The project’s review policies are written down and enforced: the local single-team loop stays free forever, truthful reporting beats flattering reporting, and no customer-specific defaults land in core. If a PR contradicts one of those, it doesn’t merge — including ours. Read the contributing guide before your first PR; a lightweight CLA is signed with a single PR comment.
